Jean Marceau Lohier, CPCM, CFCM, and NCMA Fellow, is a Minority Small Business Owner, the founder, president, and CEO of Government Contracting Masters, LLC. He was an Executive Leader with Spectrum Enterprise Federal (Charter Communication Operating, LLC), serving as Director and Department Head of Deal/Proposal Management, Policy, Process, Pricing, Contracts, and Compliance group. He was also the Director of the Contracts and Subcontracts group at AT&T Government Solutions, Inc. (Tyto Athene, LLC). In addition, he is a subject matter expert (SME) in procurement and contracts management and a member of various advisory boards and committees.
